Yes, Rewa's has applied safe payments options using SSL (secure socket layer) and sophisticated encryption. Your credit card will be processed through a Verizon processor. We will not use your informtion for any other pupose than to direct communication between Rewa's and you, we will not provide third parties with your information. 

About ordering options 

  • Does Rewa's sell by piece

No, Rewa's delivers the products per dozen, packeged in a variety of sizes (small-medium-large) and colors. The selection will cover most retailers need for variety. If you need any other selection, please contact us about the options. 

  • What is in a package of a dozen 

Each package of a dozen contains a variety of sizes and (if applicable) colors of the product.  

  • Can I order different packages

You can always order more than one package per product. If you wish to order a different set of products, please contact us about the options. Extra charges may apply. 

  • Is back ordering possible

Yes, both online or via regular phone or mail order back ordering earlier orders is possible. If you shop online check the options in "My account'. 

  • What does tax free shopping mean

Rewa's is located in the Curacao Free Zone and as such does not charge any taxes on the products sold. The only applicable tax may be the mandatory import (or other) duties in your country.

  • Can I order if I live in Curacao

Yes you certainly can. However, there is seperate charge that will be added.

Placing an order with rewas.com is easy.

Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order.

1. Find the items you want

 

First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of our website. You will also find links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the top navigation bar of each page. If you know the UPC or product code of the item you want, you can click on our Quick Order link to enter the details and find the product straight away.

                                You can also find the product more quickly by searching by size or colour or price. When you find an item that interests you, Click the title or name of the item you here want to see its product detail page.here you will find more information about the item including an availability estimate of how long it will take before the item will be ready to dispatch.

 

      2. Add the items to your basket

 

If you want to order an item from rewas.com, click the Add to Wish list button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your basket, use the basket's top navigation bar or the continue shopping button to keep searching or browsing until your basket contains all the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your basket at anytime by clicking the "My Basket" Icon at the top of each page of our website.

 

      3. Proceed to Checkout

 

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Basket. If you decide that you don't wish to buy a particular item right away, click the” save for later “, button next to the title. The item will move from from your current basket to to the saved item ..To buy later list below. When you are ready to place an order for everything in the ‘My Basket Items – To Buy now’ section of your basket, click the proceed to checkout ‘button. You will be taken to the first page of the order process.

The instructions below outline each step of our online order form. If any point is you encounter difficulty or receive an error message, please consult our troubleshooting tips.

 

 

    4. Sign In and choose a password

 

Enter your email address, choose a password for your account and click the ‘Sign In’ button.

(Keep in mind that the email address you provide here will be the only email address to which we can send information about subsequent orders.) (Refer our privacy policy)

 

 You need a password to for your account so that when you come back to rewas.com in the future, you can use the same delivery address and method of payment you provided during this first order. You will also be able to use your password to make changes to your order and account information. As that’s one of the requirements to shop online.

 

 

   5. Enter a delivery address

Tell us where you would like the order to be delivered, and let us know if any of the items are to be gifts. (If so, you'll be given a chance to order gift wrap and add a gift message.

  6. Choose a delivery method

Consider how quickly you would like to receive the order and choose a delivery method. We will estimate dispatch days to you, on the order form.

About shipping options

  • What are the shipping options 

Your orders will normally be shipped to you by Fedex or by any other shipment option you prefer. Contact us for further informtion about the options.

  • Are shipping costs included in pricing

No, since the shipping destination and method influence the shipping costs, it is not included in the pricing. It is added and charged to your invoice separetely.   

  • Is express delivery possible

Yes, please contact us about your specific needs.

  • Is payment online safe 

Yes, Rewa's uses SSL and encryption technology to ensure that your payment information is protected.

  • Can I also pay by wire transfer  

Yes, wire or regular bank transfer is also possible. Please contact us if you prefer this payment method because you have the options of  : western union, bank wire transfer, moneygram!

  • How will shipping be charged

Shipping costs will be added separetely to your invoice and also charged as such.

By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Statement regarding personal information provided by you.

1.1 Delivery Information and Costs

1.2 Delivery Times

All times quoted are Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) or British Summer Time (BST) (as applicable).

We aim to deliver within the time scales set out below. A signature is requested on delivery. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will take your order back and then attempt to deliver 2 more times on different days.

Overseas Delivery Times (USA, Europe and Australia)

USA and Australia - We aim to deliver within 7 working days following the date your order is placed.

Europe - We aim to deliver within 5 working days following the date your order is placed. Currently we deliver to France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Holland, Denmark and Sweden only.

1.3 Delivery Areas

REWAS.COM delivers to all United Kingdom, United States, French, German, Spanish, Swedish, Dutch, Danish, Italian Australian and Republic of Ireland addresses. Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to the Channel Islands, BFPO or other international addresses.

REWAS.COM classes the United Kingdom as England, Northern Ireland, Scotland (including the Highlands and Islands) and Wales.

1.4 Delivery Address options

We will be unable to change a residential delivery address to a business delivery address once the order has been despatched.

1.5 Tracking your Order

For Deliveries Within the UK:

Log on to http://www.fedex.com/Tracking?cntry_code=an and use the tracking number provided in your despatch email. Please allow 24 hrs for express orders and 36 hrs for standard orders from receipt of the email before tracking your order.


For Overseas Deliveries:

Unfortunately we are unable to offer order tracking at this time.


Having trouble tracking your order? We will check your order status and give you an update.

Email us at info@rewas.com with the date your order was placed, your reference number for each order, your full name, billing address and phone number.

1.6 Payment Options

Credit cards

We accept American Express, Visa, Delta/Connect, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, Solo, Arcadia Group Store cards or PayPal.

Your credit card will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable), at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt, where within the EU, and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.

Further information for overseas customers.

The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. You are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements before placing an order.

*We are unable to accept international Maestro cards.

1.7 Credit Card Validation

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or, does not for any reason, authorise payment then we will notify you by email and not dispatch the order.

In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. One of the purposes for which we may disclose your address and postcode details is to check against the IMRG Security Alert or any other Fraud Prevention Scheme. At all times where we disclose your information it will remain secure. Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode helps to protect your card against unauthorised use when you shop online by requiring you to enter a personal password each time you buy. You only need to register once to create your password and during registration you will be you enter.communicatingdirectly with your card issuer via a secure link. We won't be able to see the information

What if I am already registered?

Great. If you have already registered, you will be asked to enter your personal password during the online checkout process in order to complete your purchase...simple.

What do I need to do to register?

If you have not registered for Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode, you will have the opportunity to do so during the checkout process by entering in your details which will be sent via a secure link to your card issuer. Once the card issuer has confirmed your identity, you will be asked to choose a password and we will be able to complete your order. You will then use the same password each time you purchase online at participating stores.

Please note if you choose not to register during the check out process, depending on your card issuer, we may not be able to process your order. A different method of payment will be required to complete your order.

1.9 Returns

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Our return Policy is purely in discretion of the management for any reason as the case maybe. Note

Returns by post cannot be accepted without a valid Returns Authorisation Number. You will be unable to get a Returns Authorisation Code from the web if more than 14 days has passed since you received the items. The Returns Authorisation Code wll be auto-generated in an automatic email system once we receive a return request. If you experience any difficulties process please contact us at info@rewas.com.

1.12 Returning goods bought as special offers

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 2 for £20.00') you will not be refunded any price on that item.

1.15 Refunding the Delivery Charge (All Countries)

If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning. We will also refund the delivery charges if you are an EU customer cancelling your purchase within the seven-day cooling off period.

Details of the returns procedure will also be sent to you with your order.

1.16 Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

1.17 Product information

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are US sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published including prices and promotions.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of Curacao OB or Republic of Netherlands Antilles  VAT (as applicable).

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

We continually update our online store. From time to time our retail stores may run special local promotions (which may not be available on our web-site) or we may offer special discounts online that are not available in the retail stores. Some website promotions may not be available to customers in particular jurisdictions.

1.18 Purchase of products

When you place an order on our website we shall email you acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged.

Please note If you have paid via your Master or Visa Credit Card account, transactions are charged at the time the goods are ordered, when you click on the confirm and pay option. If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods, the value of the items that are not despatched will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Note: Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.

Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

  • The product ordered being unavailable from stock
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
  • The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
