Since, we are still in the developing stage of our website, you cannot order online yet, however you can send us your order or querries directly via email, or visit our contact us page with your querries.
No, Rewa's carries more products than we can show online. If you would like to know more, please feel free to contact us and we will provide you with additional information.
Yes, Rewa's has applied safe payments options using SSL (secure socket layer) and sophisticated encryption. Your credit card will be processed through a Verizon processor. We will not use your informtion for any other pupose than to direct communication between Rewa's and you, we will not provide third parties with your information. At the moment, your credit card will be processed, by our credit card machine at our office premises since, we are still in the developing stages. About ordering options
No, Rewa's delivers the products per dozen, packaged in a variety of sizes (small-medium-large-extra large- plus size) and colors. The selection will cover most retailers need for variety. If you need any other selection, please contact us about the options.
Each package of a dozen contains assorted sizes and colours with a variety of sizes and (if applicable) colors of the product.
You can always order more than one package per product. If you wish to order a different set of products, please contact us about the options.
Yes, both online or via regular phone or mail order back ordering earlier orders is possible.
Rewa's is located in the Curacao Free Zone and as such does not charge any taxes on the products sold. The only applicable tax may be the mandatory import (or other) duties in your country.
Yes you certainly can. However, there is seperate charge that of the 10.5% (Model C charges) of the total value of goods being shipped , plus a 5 % (OB) on the goods as Government duty will be added, If you have a document of exemption then you don't have to pay the O.B. Placing your first order Placing an order with rewas.com is easy. Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order.
1. Find the items you want First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of our website. You will also find links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the top navigation bar of each page. If you know the UPC or product code of the item you want, you can click on our Quick Order link to enter the details and find the product straight away. You can also find the product more quickly by searching by size or colour or price. When you find an item that interests you, Click the title or name of the item you here want to see its product detail page.here you will find more information about the item including an availability estimate of how long it will take before the item will be ready to dispatch. 2. Add the items to your basket If you want to order an item from rewas.com, click the Add to Wish list button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your basket, use the basket's top navigation bar or the continue shopping button to keep searching or browsing until your basket contains all the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your basket at anytime by clicking the "My Basket" Icon at the top of each page of our website. 3. Proceed to Checkout Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Basket. If you decide that you don't wish to buy a particular item right away, click the” save for later “, button next to the title. The item will move from from your current basket to to the saved item ..To buy later list below. When you are ready to place an order for everything in the ‘My Basket Items – To Buy now’ section of your basket, click the proceed to checkout ‘button. You will be taken to the first page of the order process. The instructions below outline each step of our online order form. If any point is you encounter difficulty or receive an error message, please consult our troubleshooting tips.

We will estimate dispatch days to you, on the order form, just before you submit your order. You will see estmated dispatch days and delivery dates in the e-mail we send you to confirm your order. If, you choose the first option, we'll consolidate your items into the fewest deliveries possible, We'll shoew you the minimum number of deliveries needed to complete your order. 7. Provide a password & payment information Let us know how you would like to pay for your order. You can pay for your online order using Mastercard, Visa, American Express credit cards and Maestro, Kompoleon, debit cards for local purchases, and we also accept Western union money Transfer, Moneygram, and Swift Bank Wire Transfer and we only accept cash and cheque payments for purchases made instore. All orders must be prepaid, but remember payment will not be taken until we are ready to despatch the item. Enter your credit card number without spaces or dashes, at the end of the check out process of your order, Once we receive your order we will process your order, and send you a performa Invoice for the order, along with the estiamted cost of shipping your order and shipping cost along with the delivery time estimated, after we receive your conformation of the order, we will go ahead and process your card that you have sent us on the order form.
8. Review & submit your order Check the accuracy all of the information you provided you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Process Order" button to submit your order. once you place your order, we will send you a conformation email message. We will send you another email message at the time of despatch. We will also keep your account active so it will be easier for you to check your order history and re-order easily.
9. Check your order status If you would like to review or change something about your order before it enters the despatch process, click the 'My Account' link in the top right corner of most pages on our site. Your orders will normally be shipped to you by Fedex or by any other shipment option you prefer. Please send us information about your shipping options. You can estmate the weight of your merchandise by = (no of boxes*25kgs/box).
